If you are unsure which color or styling service is best for your desired result please call us that way we will book enough time for your service.
OUR ENTRANCE is at THE SIDE of the building - Unit 209, 304 Old Canmore Road.
If you have any troubles or are not sure it’s booked correctly please call us directly at 403.609.9904 and we will take care of you.
TO CANCEL a haircut please call us with 24 hours notice to give us the opportunity to fill that appointment.
DEPOSITES: A deposit of $100 is required to secure any hair services scheduled for 3 hours or longer. Online bookings will be contacted to make payment over the phone. Bookings made in person or over the phone will be required to pay the deposit at the time of securing an appointment. If we are given 48 hours notice to reschedule the deposit can be transferred to use on the new booking or refunded if you are unable to reschedule. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being retained.
