To CANCEL a haircut please call us with 24 hours notice to give us the opportunity to fill that appointment.
Deposits: A deposit of $100 is required to secure any hair services scheduled for 3 hours or longer. Online bookings will be contacted to make payment over the phone. Bookings made in person or over the phone will be required to pay the deposit at the time of securing an appointment. If we are given 48 hours notice to reschedule the deposit can be transferred to use on the new booking or refunded if you are unable to reschedule. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being retained.
